Officiating – High River Minor Soccer

Another great opportunity to participate in Soccer for youth and adults alike is Officiating. High River soccer in partnership with Alberta Soccer want to help you stay connected with the game.

Officiating is a great way to stay in touch with the game, stay active earn a little money and have fun.

Officials are paid an honorarium for each game they officiate. Honorariums vary depending on the level, league, and officiating position but range from $15-$50 per game.

What do I need for equipment?

Officials are required to be in uniform for all games in accordance with ASA rules. Referee Shirts, shorts, socks are requirement. Additionally a whistle, score cards, penalty cards are required. Lines flags are usually provided by the club, but a good set maybe beneficial.

High River provides a subsidy for youth officials. More information is available by contacting Officials@highriversoccer.ca

To officiate in High River House League, you need to register in Teamsnap for scheduling. Officiating for the High Country League is managed by Okotoks Minor soccer
