High River Soccer is growing! Our program now runs year round and we have children participating in inter-club play and tournaments. The HRMS Board has been actively discussing how we make the program better, how do we bring soccer to more of the youth of High River? It has been decided to contract a paid part time position for 1 year for a Technical Director. The mandate of this role is to help build a repeatable and sustainable Coach and Player development program to improve our club. Working 5-15 hours a week with our Players, Coaches, Referees, and Board, we want to see how we can take HRMS to the next level. This position will be paid for out of Cash Reserves so there will be no impact to Soccer fees for our families. Long term funding is being sought through Sponsorships and Grants.
